Biochemistry (SBL5020): This is a 4-credit core course designed for MSc students of KSBS, IIT Delhi. Structure and function of biomolecules, thermodynamics in biological systems, metabolism of biomolecules and energy generation, enzyme kinetics, and methods of biomolecule detection are taught in this course.

Biological Pathways (SBL6040): This is a 4-credit core course designed for MSc students of KSBS, IIT Delhi. Energy homeostasis, hormonal regulation of metabolic pathways, metabolic repercussions, metabolic disorders, and various cell signaling pathways are taught in this course.

Modern Trends in Drug Development (SBL7030): This is a 3-credit elective course designed by Dr. Mondal for the PhD, MSc and MSR students of IIT Delhi. Various drug targets, basic and advanced techniques of drug development, pharmacological properties of drugs, prodrugs and drug delivery techniques are taught in this course.

Advanced Biological Mass Spectrometry (SBL7036): This is a 3-credit elective course designed by Dr. Mondal for the PhD, MSc and MSR students of IIT Delhi. Fundamental principles of mass spectrometry, proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics, and their application in biomedical research are taught in this course.

Assays in Drug Development (SBV8099): This is a 1-credit elective course designed by Dr. Mondal for the PhD, MSc and MSR students of IIT Delhi. Assays for biomolecule quantification, enzyme and receptor activity modulation, protein-protein interaction inhibition, and monitoring pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of drugs are taught in this course.

Techniques in Biomolecular Interactions (SBL7021): This is a 3-credit elective course designed for the PhD, MSc and MSR students of IIT Delhi. Fundamentals of molecular interactions, various biophysical and biochemical techniques for monitoring biomolecular interactions are taught in this course.
